I love downtown Chicago engagement sessions and Loren and Steve agreed that they really liked the idea of getting some great texture and views of our city. We had talked about several locations but finally settled on shooting on the river. We decided to photograph at sunset to make sure we could utilize the best light and also miss some of the rush hour traffic.
