I don’t shoot a lot of weddings in January so it was nice to be a guest at Liz and Lauren’s wedding earlier this year! They settled upon the idea of a cozy, urban winter vibe and Salvage One was a great setting for that they were looking for. They are both educators and the room was filled with lovely hardcover vintage books, a card catalog and a deep love of Beyoncé! Everything took place at the venue which made it a smooth and easy transition from getting ready, to portraits to the dance party. Here are some highlights from their Salvage One winter wedding!
After they were both ready we explored the space, finding a lot of great little areas that were each unique and make for a nice alternative to going outside in January! Foosball anyone?
Then it was time for the ceremony! I love the low light and beautiful candles and chandeliers at Salvage One.
After that we headed into the reception, with some beautiful toasts and a raucous dance party! So much fun!
Thank to all of the other fantastic vendors that helped make this happen!
