I was anxiously awaiting Jessica and Mike’s University of Chicago wedding since I’d never photographed there before and knew it would be a stunning backdrop for their event.

When working with couples for their engagement sessions, I try to find a place that has some extra meaning to them. We had discussed several options for Charlene and Chris’s shoot but decided on doing a Ping Tom Park engagement session since that’s where Chris proposed.

Conor and Ian’s Chez Chicago wedding was one of my favorites from 2015. After getting to know them both and spending some time with them for their home engagement session, I knew it would be hard to hold back the laughter during their day.

Kassie and Ron were a ton of fun to photograph and I had a blast working with them for their Belmont Harbor engagement session. We had to reschedule a few times due to the weather but we finally got a nice, warm day to shoot. 

Lorena and Blake live in Texas but decided to travel closer to their family and friends for their Wisconsin backyard wedding.
